Chief Wilton Littlechild Appointed Chair of the 2027 North American Indigenous Games Host Society

Treaty 7 Territory, March 25, 2025 - The 2027 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) Host Society is proud to announce the appointment of the International Chief Dr. Wilton Littlechild, O.C., A.O.E., K.C., as the new Chair of the Board of Directors. Dr. Littlechild, a co-founder of NAIG, brings decades of national and international leadership in Indigenous advocacy, sport, and law to the role as the Host Society enters its next stage of Games planning.
